Surgical options in melanoma metastasis in regional lymph nodes

This review presents an analysis of treatment outcomes for patients with metastases cutaneous melanoma into the regional lymph nodes. Types surgical interventions currently used in oncological surgery this pathology are considered, as well trends their future practical application. The results sentinel node biopsy and dissection primary tumors varying thickness effect on effectiveness presented.
